Guacamole
1 large ripe avacado
1-2 T. lemon juice
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
Mash the avacado, stir in lemon, garlic powder and salt. Tip: lemon can help the guac from turning brown, and it keeps it nice and green.
